Bulpara Inc ("we", "our", or "us") operates the AI Song Generator mobile application ("App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our App.
Information We Collect
Song prompts and lyrics: When you use AI Song Generator, you provide text prompts describing the song you want (mood, genre, occasion) and optionally your own lyrics. These are sent to our servers to generate your song. We do not use your prompts or lyrics for any purpose other than generating your requested song.
Generated audio: The AI-generated songs are stored on our servers (Cloudflare R2) so you can access and play them from the app.
Song preferences: Your genre, vocal style, and duration selections are sent with your request to guide song generation.
Device information: We may collect basic device information such as device type, operating system version, and app version for analytics and debugging purposes.
Purchase information: If you subscribe to Premium, payment processing is handled entirely by Google Play. We receive confirmation of your subscription status but never see your payment details.
How We Use Your Information
- To generate AI songs from your prompts and lyrics
- To store generated songs for playback within the app
- To process and verify Premium subscriptions
- To improve app performance and fix bugs
- To display relevant advertisements (free tier only)
Data Storage and Deletion
Your generated songs are stored on secure cloud servers (Cloudflare R2). Song data (prompts, lyrics, metadata) is also stored locally on your device using an encrypted database. You can delete individual songs from your library at any time. Uninstalling the app removes all local data.
Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services:
- Replicate: AI model hosting for song generation. Your prompts and lyrics are sent to Replicate's servers for processing. See Replicate's Privacy Policy.
- Google AdMob: Advertising for free tier users. See Google's Privacy Policy.
- Google Play Billing: Subscription management. See Google's Privacy Policy.
Data Security
We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including HTTPS encryption for all data transmission and secure cloud storage. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.
Children's Privacy
AI Song Generator is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us.
Your Rights
You can:
- Delete individual songs and their data from your library
- Uninstall the app to remove all local data
- Contact us to request deletion of your data from our servers
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
