These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the AI Song Generator mobile application ("App") operated by Bulpara Inc ("we", "our", or "us"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. Use of the App
AI Song Generator is an AI-powered music creation tool. You describe a mood, genre, or occasion — and optionally provide your own lyrics — and the App generates a complete song with vocals and instruments. You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.
2. Generated Content
Songs generated by AI Song Generator are created by artificial intelligence. We do not guarantee the uniqueness, originality, or copyright status of generated songs. You may save and share generated songs for personal, non-commercial use. You are responsible for how you use generated content.
3. Your Content
You retain ownership of any lyrics or prompts you provide. By submitting them, you grant us a limited license to process them for the purpose of generating your song. We do not use your prompts or lyrics for any other purpose, including training AI models.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
AI Song Generator offers a free tier and a Premium subscription:
- Free: 3 lifetime song generations, up to 2-minute songs, ads included.
- Premium ($7.99/month or $59.99/year): Unlimited generations, premium vocal quality, full 4-minute songs, no ads. Annual plan includes a 7-day free trial.
Subscriptions are processed through Google Play. You can cancel at any time through your Google Play subscription settings. Refunds are subject to Google Play's refund policy.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App to create harmful, hateful, or illegal content
- Generate songs that infringe on others' intellectual property
- Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the App
- Circumvent usage limits or security measures
- Use generated songs to impersonate or mislead others
- Resell or commercially distribute generated songs without permission
6. AI Limitations
AI Song Generator uses AI technology that may produce imperfect results. Song quality, vocal accuracy, and lyric interpretation may vary. We are not responsible for the content of AI-generated songs or how they are used after creation.
7. Intellectual Property
The App, its design, code, and branding are owned by Bulpara Inc. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our permission.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. AI-generated results may vary in quality.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bulpara Inc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
